What should I do about late deliveries?Updated 7 months ago

If your delivery is late, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Confirm the estimated delivery date and track your order:
Visit Your Orders and select Track Package to view the progress tracker. This tool provides the most updated delivery information. For third-party carrier deliveries, check their platform directly by visiting our Carrier Contact Information Help page for details.

  2. Check your email inbox for updates:
Look for any emails from Amazon or the carrier regarding your delivery status. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.

  3. Confirm your shipping address:
Make sure your address details are up to date in Your Addresses. For guidance on updating or editing addresses, visit the Add and Manage Addresses page.

  4. Check your payment status:
Ensure your payment has gone through by viewing Your Transactions.

  5. Wait 48 hours for unexpected delays:
If your order hasn’t arrived, wait 48 hours as there may be an unforeseen delay. In the meantime, check with the carrier for updates by visiting their website or contacting them directly through our Carrier Contact Information page.

  1. What to do if 48 hours have passed since your estimated delivery date
For Amazon-shipped orders that remain undelivered after 48 hours, contact Amazon Customer Service within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
