If you've received your package but an item shipped by Amazon is missing, follow these steps:
1. Check for additional shipments:
Visit Your Orders to see if the missing item is part of another shipment. Select Track Package to find the delivery date for the item.
If tracking information is unavailable, Amazon Customer Service can assist you.
If tracking is available, check with the carrier for updates by visiting their website or contacting them directly through our Carrier Contact Information page.
2. Entire package is missing:
If the tracking information shows the package as delivered but you can't find it, visit How do I find a missing package that shows as delivered? for more guidance.
If the tracking information shows the package as undelivered, refer to Amazon’s Undeliverable Packages page for further details.
